The Old Contentible's 50th
11th-13th March 2005
Imagine a traditional wedding. The blushing bride, radiant in her rampant white meringue, walks down the aisle of a packed church and is married to public acclaim amid much bell-ringing etc. Afterwards, the happy couple host an elaborate reception for three hundred close friends and relatives.
Well, that didn't happen last time and you can be certain it won't this time either!

Consummation Too?
Consummation was a games convention held to celebrate the wedding of Stephen Tavener and Rosie Tavener-Jones. Those of you who attended the late lamented FurryCon will know the kind of atmosphere they were aiming for: a family friendly convention in a salubrious hotel.

And they got what they wanted! It was such a success that that we've been looking for an excuse to repeat it! Jerry Elsmore has put his head over the parapet and agreed to celebrate his 50th Birthday in a similar style.
Mind you, being Jerry, he has to "Do Different" and add a twist or two of his own...

Having said that, there has to be a limit on the number of attendees so, to avoid disappointment, it is recommended you book in advance.
